Lakshmi Vacuum Heat Treaters Vasai was founded at Kandivali (Mumbai) in 2006 and shifted subsequently to a new plant in Vasai during 2011.
Our Vasai plant runs on a 24 x 6 basis with Sundays being a weekly day off. The plant has vast experience and technical expertise in heat treating various kind of toolings viz.
Plastic Moulds, Pressure Die-casting dies, Forging Dies, Sheet Metal stamping / blanking dies, Tablet toolings as well as blades / cutters for various industries and he plant is equipped with state-of-art Vacuum hardening furnaces as well as Vacuum tempering furnaces in order to facilitate just in time deliveries.
